We continue to progress claims for various agreement violations on the CPKC, some of which have recently been paid out.  We are pleased to report that two additional local chairmen have been brought on board to assist in policing the four agreements under the local and general committee's purview.  To take advantage of this added support, members are encouraged to review copies of their agreements and report even the slightest hint of a violation to their local chairman.  Copies of the KCS, GWWR, MidSouth and TexMex agreements can be found on the general committee website where you can also receive answers to your contract questions on the "Ask BRS" forum.
